Alerta Vermelho: seu corpo pode estar sinalizando um infarto iminente

O infarto do miocárdio, popularmente conhecido como ataque cardíaco, é uma das principais causas de morte no mundo, representando cerca de 30% dos óbitos no Brasil devido a complicações cardiovasculares.

O bloqueio súbito das artérias coronárias, responsáveis por nutrir o coração com oxigênio, desencadeia esse evento crítico, muitas vezes sem aviso prévio. Contudo, especialistas afirmam que o corpo pode emitir sinais de alerta semanas antes de um infarto acontecer.

Segundo o Dr. Rogério Marra, cardiologista do Hospital Sa Maritano em São Paulo, aproximadamente metade dos pacientes apresentam sintomas precursores, que são frequentemente ignorados. Reconhecer esses sinais pode ser crucial para a prevenção e tratamento tempestivo, aumentando significativamente as chances de sobrevivência e recuperação.

Entre os sintomas a serem observados estão:

Dor Torácica: Uma dor súbita na região do peito, que pode se espalhar para ombros, costas, braços, pescoço e mandíbula, mesmo durante o repouso ou sono.

Falta de Ar: Dificuldades respiratórias decorrentes do desconforto torácico.

Desconforto Gastrointestinal: Náuseas, indigestão, azia ou dor abdominal que podem ser confundidos com problemas digestivos comuns.

Tontura: Sensação de vertigem que pode ser um prelúdio de condições mais graves, como arritmias ou desmaios.Suor Frio: Associado à dor no peito, o suor frio pode indicar um problema cardíaco em progressão.

Fraqueza: Um sintoma muitas vezes negligenciado, mas que requer atenção especial, pois pode indicar uma condição cardíaca subjacente.

Estar atento a esses sinais e procurar assistência médica imediatamente pode ser decisivo. A prevenção e o diagnóstico precoce são as melhores estratégias contra o infarto, uma condição que não escolhe hora nem lugar para acontecer.
